We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Surveyor, to join our Sydney Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of cadastral and subdivision surveys, across greenfield, urban and rural development sites.
• Oversee and manage projects from design to construction completion.
• Liaise with clients, councils, consultants and government agencies.
• Implement and uphold quality standards to ensure all work meets SurveyPlus and clients’ standards.
• Supervise and mentor survey team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the ongoing enhancement of our surveying systems and procedures.

Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent) with experience in the land development industry.
• Current Registration with BOSSI as a Registered Surveyor in NSW.
• Strong understanding of the NSW subdivision process and LRS/industry regulations.
• Proficiency in modern surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GNSS, and 3D Laser Scanners.
• Current Australian driver’s license.
• Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service.
