Registered Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Surveyor, to join our Sydney Office.

You will work on a diverse range of projects from large land development projects, cadastral and subdivision surveys to managing projects from design to construction completion using the latest technology, including Total Stations, GNSS, and 3D Laser Scanners.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of cadastral and subdivision surveys, across greenfield, urban and rural development sites.
- Oversee and manage projects from design to construction completion.
- Liaise with clients, councils, consultants and government agencies.
- Implement and uphold quality standards to ensure all work meets SurveyPlus and clients’ standards.
- Supervise and mentor survey team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the ongoing enhancement of our surveying systems and procedures.
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent) with experience in the land development industry.
- Current Registration with BOSSI as a Registered Surveyor in NSW.
- Strong understanding of the NSW subdivision process and LRS/industry regulations.
- Proficiency in modern surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GNSS, and 3D Laser Scanners.
- Current Australian driver’s license.
- Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service.
