Meet our Leadership

Our leadership philosophy is clear. The team that builds together succeeds together. It’s that simple. Teamwork is our keystone; it holds every other thing in place.

Our leaders are changemakers and challengers, building a culture of pushing boundaries and taking calculated risks. At the same time, we’re firmly grounded in being hands-on and empowering our people to share great ideas to make us all stronger.

Our approach

We become the best by supporting you to be your best

When you join us at Orion, you have been chosen based on your exemplary skills, ambition, and attitude.

But we know you are more than this. When you bring your authentic self to Orion you are welcomed as part of our team with open arms; regardless of who you are, where you come from, what you look like, or how you express yourself. Inclusion is central to our vision. We celebrate the richness of diversity and the depth it brings to our value proposition. We know we are not perfect, and we’re committed to be better. We are on a journey to build awareness, we are committed to changing the status quo, and we’re building the industry’s next generation of leaders.

Community involvement

We feel strongly about supporting those in need and not-for-profit initiatives. From preparing annual food hampers for disadvantaged members of the community, to participating in various charity runs throughout the year, we try to give back in the ways that will make a difference. Recently, we have proudly supported the Rural Fire Service (RFS), the Greatest Shave and Feed the children for Ukraine.
