We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Surveyor to join our Sydney team. This fantastic role will suit someone looking to work on various projects in a friendly and supportive team with a growing market leader. Responsibilities

  • Deliver cadastral and subdivision surveys in accordance with the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002 (NSW) and Regulations.
  • Map and define boundaries for urban, rural, and regional developments.
  • Certify and register plans with NSW Land Registry Services (LRS).
  • Manage projects from design through to construction completion.
  • Liaise with clients, councils, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Provide mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Implement quality assurance and ensure work meets our clients standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our surveying processes and systems.

Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent) with significant experience in the land development industry.
  • Current Registration with BOSSI as a Registered Surveyor (NSW).
  • Strong understanding of NSW subdivision processes and LRS requirements.
  • Proficiency in 12D, AutoCAD, and modern survey instrumentation.
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence, White Card, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Membership with the Institution of Surveyors NSW, SSSI, or similar body (desirable).
