The directors and shareholders of Orion Group and KFW Infrastructure Professionals have announced the part-acquisition of KFW by Orion Group effective from 1 December 2020. The two companies have over 75 years’ experience in engineering, surveying, project management, utilities management and urban planning.
Managing Director of Orion Group, Philip Byrum, says “We are excited by the opportunities that the two companies can provide for our clients and our staff. We now service projects across the entire Sydney Basin, including the Hunter, Greater Sydney, Illawarra, and the South Coast. We are confident that our values of integrity, reliability and quality of service will underpin our continued success and growth”.

Orion Group and KFW will continue to operate under the same company entities and projects will continue to be managed under the same contractual arrangements.
