Orchard Hills Precinct – Stage 1 Rezoning
The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure have released the draft Orchard Hills Stage 1 Structure Plan which is focused on rezoning land around the proposed Orchard Hills Station. Stage 1 is projected to accommodate approximately 20 years of housing supply and will accommodate capacity for 11,600 new homes, 4,000 new jobs, social infrastructure and almost 50 hectares of open space. The draft Structure Plan will guide future planning decisions for Stages 2-4.

Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan 2050
The Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) has prepared a master plan and rezoning proposal to support the growth of Sydney Olympic Park. Masterplan 2050 replaces the previously endorsed Masterplan 2030 and leverages from new transport infrastructure including Sydney Metro West, Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 and a potential rapid bus network. The Masterplan has the potential to deliver 13,000 new homes and 32,000 new jobs.
